How to check on an order:
Click on Your Account, located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. There you can view your orders, update your billing or shipping address, or change your password.

What shipping carriers are used?
Our package shipping by Fedex, DHL, UPS and so on.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you choose rush delivery, delivery time is within 1-2 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time = 4-7 bussiness days.
If you choose normal delivery, delivery time is around 7-15 bussiness days.
If you choose the free shipping, the delivery time is same as normal delivery : )

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal.

Payment policy
We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, western union, money gram, bank transfer and so on.
If your credit card was refused, please use following way,

Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal.
Once You're Redirected to Paypal
1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit
card.
2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) You'll also be asked whether you want to save your information with PayPal. Uncheck the box if you don't
want to. You'll still need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Checkout to review and submit your final order.
Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order .
Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.

Shipping policy
Shiping by Fedex, DHL, UPS and so on.
Delivery time is within 5-17 days normal order, 4-7 days for rush order..
We paid the insurance.

Tips for shipping
A) Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
B) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
C) Your order tracking information will be updated when it arrives in carrier's regional facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of transit shipment. Thanks for your patience. Should you have any questions, please chat with us.
D) Package to Canada and the United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.


Cancellation policy
1, paid less than 2 days: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.
2, item has sent, can't return the payment to you.

Return policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
If there are quality problems, please show us photos of error firstly, there are 3 ways to solve it.
1、send the item back to get the full payment back.
2、get some discount to keep it if the part of the item broken.
3、we can also resend a new item as soon as possible and the orignial one don't need to send back if the item has quality problem.

If you want to return the item, you need to do the following things
1、Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2、Please ship items back to me (with tracking, at your own expense) within 2 days of arranging the return.
3、Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item has quality problem, our company will pay the back shipping cost, if not, you need to pay the shipping cost by yourself.
